This Grade II listed Victorian mansion overlooks Morecambe Bay from Grange-over-Sands at the southern gateway to the Lake District. Netherwood Hotel & Spa's signature feature is its plunge tub room, offering hot, warm and cold hydrotherapy circuits for therapeutic muscle relaxation and circulation. Adults-only throughout for a peaceful atmosphere.

Five thermal facilities create a wellness journey: calming salt inhalation room for respiratory health, traditional dry heat sauna, aromatherapy steam room infused with lemongrass and citrus, refreshing ice fountain and thermal shower with massaging jets.
